Our proprietary technologies and precision engineering set us apart, delivering leak-proof performance and exceptional durability for the most demanding environments—from LNG and industrial gas to chemical and energy sectors.

Types of Industrial Valves

Cryogenic Valve

Cryogenic valves handle extremely low-temperature fluids like LNG, liquid nitrogen, or oxygen. Constructed from special materials to withstand thermal stress, they prevent leaks and ensure safety in aerospace, medical, and energy industries.

High Temperature Valve

High-temperature valves are designed for steam, hot oil, or gases exceeding standard limits. Made from heat-resistant alloys, they maintain integrity under thermal stress. Common in power plants, refineries, and chemical processing for reliable performance.

Normal Valve

Normal valves operate at standard temperatures and pressures. They are versatile, cost-effective, and used in water supply, irrigation, and general industrial applications. Materials like brass, stainless steel, or PVC ensure compatibility with various fluids.

Ball Valve

A ball valve is a quarter-turn valve that uses a hollow, perforated, and pivoting ball to control flow. It offers excellent shut-off capability and is durable with low maintenance. Commonly used in applications requiring tight sealing, it is suitable for gases, liquids, and corrosive fluids. Its simple design ensures reliability and long service life.

Butterfly Valve

A butterfly valve regulates flow using a rotating disc. Compact and lightweight, it is ideal for large pipe diameters. It provides quick operation and low pressure drop. Suitable for water, air, and mild corrosive fluids, it is widely used in HVAC, water treatment, and industrial systems.

Check Valve

A check valve allows fluid to flow in one direction only, preventing backflow. It operates automatically, reducing the risk of contamination and damage. Common types include swing, lift, and ball check valves. It is essential in plumbing, wastewater, and chemical industries for system safety.

Globe Valve

A globe valve controls flow through a movable disc and stationary ring seat. It offers precise throttling and shut-off, making it ideal for regulating flow. Though it causes higher pressure drops, its reliability suits steam, oil, and gas applications.

Gate Valve

A gate valve uses a sliding gate to start or stop flow. It provides minimal pressure drop when fully open and is used for on/off control. Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure systems, it is common in oil, gas, and water supply pipelines.

Regulator Valve

A regulator valve maintains consistent pressure or flow rates in systems. It automatically adjusts to changes, ensuring stability in gas, liquid, or steam applications. Widely used in HVAC, oil refineries, and power plants for efficient process control.

Dispensing Gun

A dispensing gun is designed for accurate liquid transfer in industrial or laboratory settings. It controls flow manually or automatically, minimizing spills. Commonly used for fuels, chemicals, and lubricants, it ensures safe and efficient handling of fluids.
Why Choose Our Industrial Valves?

Why Choose Our Industrial Valves?

01
Corrosion Resistance and Longevity

The valve body is made of stainless steel (316L), duplex steel or Hastelloy, supplemented by special coatings (such as tungsten carbide spraying), which can resist acid, alkali and seawater corrosion. Accelerated aging test verification shows that the product life can reach more than 20 years, reducing frequent replacement costs, especially suitable for offshore platforms and chemical processing industries.

02
High-Pressure and High-Temperature Adaptability

It adopts metal hard seal (surfacing or spraying of wear-resistant materials) or bidirectional elastic seal design, passes API 598 high-pressure test (Class 1500), and has a leakage rate of less than 50ppm under 42MPa pressure. The liquid nitrogen cold impact test (-196°C for 1000 cycles without cracks) and LNG tank application verification show zero-fault operation for more than 5 years. With an elastic design and low-temperature torque compensation, it can achieve automatic sealing without relying on medium force under ultra-low pressure. The temperature range is from -196°C to 800°C (high-temperature steam).

03
Extensive Industry Certifications

It has obtained API 6D, CE/PED, ISO 15848 (low-leakage certification) and TA-Luft (environmental standards) certifications, meeting compliance requirements in different regions globally. The low-temperature top-mounted patent structure designed and developed by our company can realize online replacement of seals, which is simple and convenient for maintenance, and avoid machine downtime caused by online pipe cutting.

04
Customized Engineering Services

Orders can be started from 1 piece. Non-standard designs are provided according to customer needs, including special sizes, materials (such as titanium alloy) or connection methods (butt welding, flange, etc.). The R&D team cooperates with simulation analysis (CFD/FEA) to ensure perfect matching of the valve with the system.

FAQs about Industrial Valves

  • Q What is your lead time?

Production time for custom made valves is on average 15-25 days after receiving the deposit. For ready stocks, we could dispatch the shipment usually in 72 hours.

  • Q What is the product warranty period?

Wearing parts would be under warranty for 1 year and core components for 3 years.

  • Q What is a cryogenic valve?

Cryogenic valves are specialized valves designed to control the flow of fluids at extremely low temperatures, typically below -100°C. They are used in applications such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), ethylene, and other cryogenic processes.

  • Q What materials are commonly used for cryogenic valves?

Common materials for cryogenic valves include austenitic stainless steels like ASTM A351 CF8M, CF3M, CF8, and CF3, as well as nickel-based alloys and aluminum alloys. These materials are chosen for their excellent low-temperature toughness and resistance to brittle fracture.

  • Q What types of cryogenic valves are available?

There are various types of cryogenic valves, including globe valves, gate valves, ball valves, check valves, and butterfly valves. Each type is designed to meet specific application requirements in terms of flow control, pressure rating, and temperature range.

  • Q Why is seat leakage a concern in cryogenic valves?

Seat leakage in cryogenic valves can lead to significant issues because the leaking fluid can cause rapid freezing and potentially damage the valve components. Proper sealing is crucial to prevent such problems and ensure the safe operation of the system.

  • Q How do you select the right cryogenic valve for an application?

Selecting the right cryogenic valve involves considering factors such as the type of cryogenic fluid, operating temperature and pressure, flow rate, and the specific requirements of the application. It is important to consult with valve manufacturers or experts who have experience in cryogenic systems to ensure the best choice.

  • Q What maintenance is required for cryogenic valves?

Cryogenic valves require regular maintenance to ensure their continued reliability and safety. This includes periodic inspections, cleaning, lubrication (where applicable), and testing for seat leakage and other potential issues. Proper maintenance helps extend the valve's lifespan and prevent unexpected failures.
