Q41F flange floating ball valve is suitable for various pipelines such as Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN63, JIS10K~JIS20K, and is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials can be used for water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea and other media.
1. Among all types of valves, the floating ball valve has the smallest flow resistance. When the full-bore ball valve is opened, the ball channel, valve body channel and connecting pipe diameter are equal, forming a diameter, and the medium flows through almost without loss.
2. The ball valve can be fully closed and fully opened by rotating 90°, and it can be opened and closed quickly. Compared with gate valves and stop valves of the same specifications, ball valves are small in size and light in weight, which is convenient for pipeline installation.
